Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup cooked jasmine rice

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup sliced cucumbers

2 green onions, chopped

Sesame seeds for garnish

For the Spicy Creamy Dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to desired heat)

1 teaspoon lime juice

1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken thighs evenly with this dry mixture.

Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and honey. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning if desired.

Assemble the Bowl: In each serving bowl, add a scoop of jasmine rice as the base. Top with sliced Bang Bang chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumbers.

Drizzle Dressing: Drizzle the spicy creamy dressing generously over the top of the bowl.

Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds to finish.
