Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (preferably rotisserie)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 bag tortilla chips (around 12-14 oz)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crumbled blue cheese (or feta for a milder flavor)

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup diced red onion

1 jalapeño pepper, sliced (optional for extra heat)

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

1/2 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Your Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Chicken and Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Toss until the chicken is well-coated. Feel free to add more sauce if you like it spicier!

Prepare the Nacho Base: On a large baking sheet or oven-proof dish, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.

Layer the Toppings: Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the tortilla chips. Next, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top, followed by the crumbled blue cheese, black olives, diced red onion, and jalapeño slices.

Bake: Place the nachos in the preheated oven. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, remove the nachos and let them cool for a minute. Drizzle with sour cream, then sprinkle with fresh cilantro and sliced green onions for a colorful presentation.

Dive In! Serve hot and enjoy your buffalo chicken nachos with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing on the side for dipping!
