Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

    Warm the Tortillas: Heat a skillet over medium heat. One at a time, warm the flour tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, just until they become pliable. Remove and set aside.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Start by adding a handful of fresh spinach leaves to the center of the tortilla. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture on top of the spinach.

        Add Tomatoes and Cheese: Sprinkle some diced tomatoes and a bit of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken filling.

          Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Ensure that the filling is securely tucked in as you roll.
