Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Olive oil for cooking

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Drizzle a bit of olive oil in the pan (or brush on the grill) and cook the chicken for about 7-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into thin strips.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.

Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface, then spread a generous portion of the cheese mixture down the center of the tortilla.

Add a handful of fresh spinach, diced tomato, and sliced chicken on top of the cheese mixture.

Fold in the edges of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.

Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.

Clean the pan and add a bit more olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down into the heated pan. Cook each wrap for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from heat and allow to cool for a moment before slicing in half. Serve warm with optional hot sauce for extra kick.
