2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips

8 oz rotini pasta

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups fresh spinach (optional)

Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not burnt.

        Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the sauce is smooth. Mix in the Italian seasoning.
