2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

8 slices of bacon, cooked and crispy

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts with buttermilk and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) for maximum tenderness.

    Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together.

      Bread the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, allowing the excess to drip off. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.

        Fry the Chicken: Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Remove and drain on paper towels.

          Prepare the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center. Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, slices of crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and the fried chicken (sliced or whole, based on preference).

            Roll the Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly from the bottom to secure all ingredients inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

              Serve: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Optionally, garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley.
