1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Start by slicing the cucumbers into thin rounds and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls to the bowl with the cucumbers.

Tear the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the salad mixture.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss all the ingredients together until well coated.

Allow the salad to sit for about 10-15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
