Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla for added sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for added crunch)

A pinch of sea salt (optional, to enhance flavor)

Instructions

Start by preparing the strawberries. Wash them thoroughly, hull them, and slice them into thin pieces.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth and well mixed.

Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Let the excess drip off.

Place the coated strawberry slices on the prepared baking sheet. If you would like a crunch, sprinkle the granola or crushed nuts over the yogurt-coated strawberries before freezing.

Once all the strawberry slices are coated, place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours or until completely frozen.

Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Serve the frozen strawberry yogurt clusters as a refreshing, healthy dessert or snack straight from the freezer.
