Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the cut chicken pieces with smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to ensure all pieces are thoroughly coated.

Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, taking care not to burn it.

Cook the Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Finish with Flavor: Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle lemon juice over the top if using, and give it a good stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute to let the flavors meld together.

Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley for garnish, and serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.
