Ingredients

1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ tsp dried)

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped (or ½ tsp dried)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Potatoes: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the halved baby potatoes. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the rosemary and thyme, and then add the Worcestershire sauce for an extra flavor boost.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, along with the drained potatoes. Toss everything together until the steak and potatoes are well coated with the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious garlic butter steak bites and potatoes!
