1 can (5 oz) of tuna in water, drained

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, low-fat)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup celery, finely diced

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup cucumber, diced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

Salt and pepper to taste

Mixed greens (for serving)

Whole grain crackers or whole-grain bread (optional for serving)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended.

    Fold in the celery, red bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, and fresh dill. Stir gently to combine.

      Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
