Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1 cup Special Sauce (recipe below)

Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayo

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and well mixed. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbled, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Warm the Tortillas: In a separate skillet or microwave, heat the flour tortillas until warm and pliable, about 10-15 seconds in the microwave or lightly on a pan.

Assemble the Wraps: Layer each tortilla with a portion of the cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced pickles. Drizzle with a generous amount of the chilled Special Sauce.

Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap. Make sure the fillings are secure inside.

Optional - Toast the Wraps: For an added crunch, place the wrapped tortillas seam side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Serve and Enjoy: Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra Special Sauce on the side for dipping.
