1 lb baby carrots (or regular carrots, peeled and cut into sticks)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare Carrots: If using regular carrots, cut them into uniform sticks. Baby carrots can be used whole.
