2 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)

Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for brightness)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
