Ingredients

3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

Begin by preparing the watermelon. Cut the seedless watermelon into cubes, ensuring to remove any seeds that may remain.

In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, coconut water, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or agave syrup, and the lime juice.

Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If you prefer a colder drink, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until well combined.

Once blended to your desired consistency, taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness with more honey/agave syrup if needed.

Pour the refreshing smoothie into chilled glasses.

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves for an appealing look and a hint of extra freshness.

Serve immediately and enjoy this revitalizing drink on a hot day!
