4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

1 lemon (juiced and zested)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup frozen peas

Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme on both sides.
