Ingredients
  

2 cans (5 oz each) of skipjack tuna, drained

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and chopped red onion.

    Add the sliced Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley to the bowl.

      In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
