Ingredients

4 cups watermelon, cubed

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

Zest of 1 lime

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: Start by cutting the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Ensure you remove the seeds if any. Place the watermelon in a large mixing bowl.

Prepare the Berries: Add the hulled and halved strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the bowl with watermelon. Gently toss the fruits together to combine.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), lime zest, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Drizzle the lime dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat the fruits evenly without breaking them.

Add Fresh Mint: Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the salad and give it a final gentle toss. This adds a refreshing aroma and taste.

Chill & Serve: For best flavor, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled and enjoy!
