Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Burger buns (4)

Optional toppings: avocado slices, lettuce, and tomato

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Mix the ingredients with your hands or a spatula until everything is well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the burger tough.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken patties to the pan.

Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.

While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan or on a grill for added flavor.

Once the chicken burgers are done, place each patty on a toasted bun. Add your optional toppings like avocado slices, lettuce, and tomato for an extra flavor boost.

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious White Cheddar and Spinach Chicken Burgers!
